Rugged Mesh Upper

Rugged mesh uppers will encase each foot in durable comfort. Perforates in the fabric increase airflow; creating a better, healthier environment for your feet to thrive in. Synthetic overlays wrap the shoe for increased support during lateral movements, while an internal heel counter works to anchor your foot to the midsole; reducing in-shoe slippage for a smooth, distraction-free ride. Asics integrate their Lace Garage, a convenient pocket so that your laces can be tucked in and unexposed, plus a gusseted tongue repels kicked-up dirt and debris. A protective bumper covers the toe, reinforcing the Fujitrabuco 6's trail-worthy state; defending you against roots, rocks and other general hazards.

Solyte Midsole

An Ortholite sockliner cradles the foot in breathable, moisture-wicking ease; preventing the development of that distracting clammy feeling and keeping you cool and motivated on hot, longer distance days. Solyte resides in the midsole to supply underfoot cushion and comfort. Lighter in weight and more durable than Asics' standard EVA and SpEVA, it attenuates shock; sparing your joints as you strike down onto hard, unforgiving surfaces. Sitting beneath the Solyte platform, and complimenting its pillowy nature, is the rearfoot GEL Cushioning System; implemented to absorb shock at heel-strike for a peaceful transition to midstance.

AHAR+ Outsole

A trail-specific outsole completes the Gel-Fujitrabuco 6. I.G.S Technology (Impact Guidance System) has been applied, using linked componentry, to encourage the foot to perform a more natural heel-to-toe movement. The Rock Protection Plate saves you from stone bruises and jagged ground, so you can leap, land and navigate tricky terrain without worry. AHAR+ makes up the tread; it's three times more durable than Asics conventional rubber but sports the same lightness and grip, helping to cut down on excessive wear.
