ASICS Hypersprint 8 Running Spikes
The Hypersprint 8 is designed for short-distance sprinters who are striving to break a new personal best. ASICS have used a resin plate to improve acceleration and grip. This makes these shoes ideal for fast sprints, avoiding slipping. They also have an EVA sockliner for a flexible fit and extra support where you need it most.
Seamless Upper
The upper of the Hypersprint 8 has been constructed using a seamless construction to provide ultimate comfort throughout wear. A padded tongue sits comfortably against the skin, offering a nice, next-to-skin feel when running. The breathable material encourages cool air to circulate, creating a drier, healthier environment for your feet to thrive. To prevent irritation or chafing from occurring, the spikes have a no-sew construction, which also helps to retain the structure and provide a supportive fit. Furthermore, a traditional lacing system enables a secure, locked-in fit and feel.
EVA Midsole and Resin Plate Outsole
An EVA midsole sits beneath the foot to supply comfortable protection as you run. Lightweight and resilient, it spares your joints as you sprint down onto hard, unforgiving track surfaces. As well as this, an EVA sockliner adds even more cushioning. A resin spike plate stretches out underfoot to optimise flexibility while maximising durability, creating a robust platform of propulsion. Solid rubber covers the heel to supply durable grip, resisting the traumas of heel strike to provide you with a reliable and long-lasting race buddy. Five removable spikes supply a biting grip across every ground.
