Adjustments to the sole geometry and rubber compound make turning on the sole easier. A larger midfoot support strap provides enhanced lock-down while the board lasted innersole improves stability.
The throw pro from Asics is designed to the specifications of top Spin-Technique throwers, and still catering to Glide throwers-making this shoe the secret weapon for record breaking throws. Its durable upper design is created from a synthetic material which wraps and cradle the foot for locked in support.
The Synthetic Leather Upper minimizes in-shoe movement for optimal performance while a RhynoSkin envelops the majority of the upper and is designed for abrasion and tear resistance. There is also the integration of a Lock Down Strap which is located at the forefoot and is a Velcro strap designed to maintain a secure fit.
The midsole is created with a SpEVA foam, which is a full length midsole material for increased energy return and responsive underfoot cushioning. It helps Improves bounce back characteristics and decreases midsole breakdown. This in turns gives you a cushioned platform to start you power position and create your spin.
Lastly the outsole is generated from a Solid Rubber compound, which is a full length textured rubber engineered to enhance durability and traction. The High-abrasion rubber is engaged for ground-gripping traction that is Flexible and textured for fast throwing circles and powerful performance in wet conditions.
