The Hyper MD 6 is a middle distance track and field spike for athletes who require more cushioning. The shoe features the addition of EVA under the heel and softer piece under the forefoot to provide exceptional comfort.

The Asics HYPER MD 6 Unisex Shoe new seamless upper design features their new "SPEED MESH" formation which combines with the thin TPU overlays to provide a sock-like fit. This feature allows for a barefoot experience that locks to the foot for a reliable hold and fit. It also acts upon torsion to maintain the shape and form of the shoe and keep it intact for miles to come. The speed mesh on the other hand, is tightly woven for durability and allows fresh air to permeate its contoured construction, keeping the foot cool and comfortable as you fly down the track.

The midsole for the Asics Hyper spike is formed from a new lightweight Pebax Spike Plate. This features a more extended design with midfoot wraps which provide optimal support to help get you to the finish line faster. The midsole platform also improves bounce-back characteristics and decreases midsole breakdown.

Working in unison with the midsole design an EVA heel wedge provides extra cushion and greater versatility for sprinters who are seeking lightweight performance at 400m to 1000m and hurdles. All of this at a great entry level price. Finally the 6mm pyramid spike configuration Optimises flexibility while maximising durability, keeping you grounded while a Rubber Outsole Compound containing more natural rubber content than traditional solid rubber, resulting in enhanced traction on court systems.
