Climb your way to top of the squash ladder in this lightweight indoor court shoe. It's a leg up the rungs to help you slide across the court to reach those all-important returns, with extra protection on the instep and the front of the foot to support you whilst you play, and help your shoes last longer.
The Asics Gel-Hunter 3 Indoor shoe is constructed using an Open Mesh Upper which provides excellent comfort and breathability. It allows fresh air to permeate the interior keeping the foot cool and comfortable as you perform. Working alongside this feature, Asics' Pguard reinforced rubber/resin compound located at the forefoot provides increased durability and protection out on the court while synthetic leather overlays offer a secure fitting through medial and lateral stability for locked in support. Finally, the upper's asymmetrical lacing system follows the curve on top of the foot in a natural way to ensure a perfect fit and reduced friction for enhanced comfort and support.
The Asics Gel-Hunter 3 Indoor shoe's midsole features Asics' Solyte compound. Solyte is a proprietary cushioning material that provides an exceptionally lightweight midsole with excellent bounce-back and durability, which also decreases midsole breakdown. A strategically placed rearfoot GEL unit reduces the loading forces placed upon the joints as the foot moves from heel impact into propulsion, thereby improving performance and minimising the risk of joint stress and injury.
The outsole of this shoe is constructed with durable Asics rubber which is strategically placed in high wear areas to prolong the shoe's lifespan. This rubber not only offers high durability, but also extreme traction, to keep your movements on the court fast. The tread, specifically designed for indoor court surfaces, offers high traction, while the flex grooves ensure that the maximum pressure is exerted on the outsole for premium traction throughout the gait cycle. Finally, the embedded Trusstic System® reduces the weight of the sole unit while retaining the structural integrity of the shoes.
