Asics Gel Hyper Tri 3 Women's Running Shoe

Looking to shave off crucial transition seconds, the Asics Women's Gel-Hyper Tri 3 Running Shoes are designed with an elastic lacing system and a deliberate hole in the tongue to slide on quickly. Drainage ports in the outsole speed up the drying process while the shoe's seamless construction works with the foot's natural movement to avoid blistering. Favouring the neutral runner, these provide a swift, comfortable racing shoe.

This shoe has been built on a racing last, therefore offers a snug, secure fit. As a result, we recommend you go up 2 shoe sizes. For example, if you are a UK 5, we would advise a UK 7.

Upper

The upper contains a perforated sockliner which enhances liquid drainage and breathability. Elastic laces allows the shoe to go on quickly, easily, and securely. Also in the upper is a gripper tongue which makes the shoe easy to put on your foot, and easy to take off after use.

Midsole

The midsole of the shoe uses Guidance Line Midsole Technology which incorporates a vertical flex groove to decouple the tooling along the line of progression for increased gait efficiency. Also in the midsole is a water drainage process which keeps your foot comfortable at all times and allows you to push your endurance to the limit.

An extra form of comfort in the shoe is the Rearfoot GEL Cushioning System that helps to reduce shock on impact to allow for a smooth transition to midstance. This is particularly useful with longer distance running as it puts less strain on your body and allows you to run without discomfort or irritation.

Outsole

The outsole uses AHAR Technology to help increase the durability in the areas around the outsole. In addition to the AHAR Technology the shoe has DuraSponge Outsole which collaborates with a blown AHAR rubber compound for heightened cushioning and durability in the forefoot.
