Lightweight Upper
The wrapped upper part of the shoe is made from a lightweight material. This means that the whole weight of the shoe is kept low, making movement feel unrestricted. It is also breathable, with a steady airflow keeping the feet ventilated. Using ASICS' Dynamic Wrap technology, the material moulds around the midfoot for a comfortable and snug fit. The heel is also protected by reinforced sides, meaning that it is held into place, reducing the chances of injury from occurring.
FlyteFoam Midsole
Constructed using groundbreaking midsole technology, the FlyteFoam midsole is 55% lighter than industry standard midsoles. With exception responsiveness, the foam provides the shoe with extreme bounceback. Explosive accelerations, sharp turns, and sudden braking are assisted with. In addition, it can absorb shocks, stopping them from damaging the foot. Within the midsole, the shoe uses DuoMax, a technology developed by ASICS to work against overpronation.
