The Berghaus Deluge Overtrousers have been created using the Superior Hydroshell fabric. The fabric protects you from the elements keeping you dry and comfortable from the constantly changing British weather. The fabric has also been coated with a PFC-free DWR finish providing further protection against the elements, they also provide you with UPF 50+ sun protection, keeping you protected in all weather conditions. Not only do the trousers keep the rain out but they allow vapour to escape whilst wicking away moisture. By doing this the pants can let out unwanted hot, muggy air with a constant flow of cool air keeping you at the perfect temperature. Increasing ventilation the pants also have 3/4 length zips on the side of the legs to allow air to flow and help reduce heat build-up. The pants have been designed with articulated knees allowing freedom of movement so you are never restricted when out on your hike. Keeping your essentials safe Berghaus has incorporated two zipped pockets, large enough to fit your phone, keys or other items you may need. Not only this but a further two rear pockets and two cargo pockets with concealed snap closures. Finishing the pants is an adjustable drawcord hem so that you can personalise the fit for all-day comfort.
