Creel Warp Mesh Upper
The upper of the Brooks Launch 9 has been constructed using a Creel Warp Mesh which keeps the feet cool and dry. The mesh works by actively and efficiently wicking away the build-up of excess sweat and moisture to leave your feet cool, dry and comfortable as you strive for the best results and performance. Additionally, cool air is encouraged to circulate, creating a drier, healthier environment for your feet to thrive. Synthetic overlays have been strategically placed across the upper for protection and resistance against abrasion as well as friction. A flat laying tongue sits comfortably against the skin and guards against irritation such as chafing. Completing the upper is a lacing system which locks down the midfoot to reduce in-shoe slippage so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.
DNA Midsole
Equipped with the Brooks DNA midsole which is an innovative and uniquely adaptive cushioning system. By adapting to your specific weight, pace, gait and running surface, DNA offers customised cushioning and adds a spring to your step. Brooks DNA midsole has been developed to continuously tailor the level of cushioning to your specific needs- even as they change during the run. More BioMoGo DNA has been added to provide adaptive cushioning throughout the midsole.
Durable Rubber Outsole
The outsole of the Brooks Launch 9 Running Shoes has been constructed using a durable rubber which provides exceptional traction and durability time and time again. The full rubber outsole is able to form a solid bond with the ground so you can remain grounded at all times. The durable rubber provides a strong grip and works to protect itself from damage, while providing excellent grip. The durable rubber outsole will withstand wear and tear and ensure traction on varied terrain. Completing the outsole is a tread pattern which provides supreme traction and multi-surface grip.
