Developed to hold all your gear whilst providing lightweight comfort, the Camelbak Octane 18 has been constructed using a 3D micro mesh. The ultra-light micro mesh allows multi-directional airflow in and out of the vest to ensure maximum comfort and breathability. The mesh creates a perfect microclimate for your skin to thrive in ensuring you remain cool, dry and comfortable when your training session heats up. To ensure adjustable comfort dual sternum straps exist to increases overall stability when running. The sternum straps offer a range of adjustments for complete customisation. Allowing for multiple storage options, the Octane features 11 exterior pockets to house all of your essentials. A secure pocket allows you to safely store phone as it features a zipper closure for secured quick access plus, stretch overflow pockets allow to quickly store items such as a rain shell. Also, multiple storage pockets keep your small essentials organised and easily accessible; some of them can even be used to store a Camelbak Quick Stow Flask for extra hydration. Furthermore, a trekking pole carry, allows you to securely carry folded poles and can also be easily removed when needed. The bag has been fitted with a Crux reservoir which will keep you fully hydrated throughout long runs as it delivers 20% more water per sip, with a self-sealing bite valve and ergonomic cap to reduce the risk of leakage. The 2L reservoir ensures you are kept hydrated through any outdoor adventure. As well as this, tube trap management keeps your tube secure and accessible when you need it the most. Reflective detailing has also been used on the Camelbak Octane 18 to ensure visibility on late night adventures. The details will illuminate when exposed to light to ensure passing vehicles are always be aware of your presence.
