The Craghoppers Ascent Waterproof Trousers use AquaDry Technology to provide waterproof protection. A combination of a waterproof and breathable coating and the technical outer fabrics deliver guaranteed levels of protection and comfort. The outer face is treated with a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish to help keep the outer fabric drier for longer. Despite the high level of waterproofing, the trousers are still breathable, allowing cool air to permeate and hot, muggy air to escape, preventing an intolerable build-up of heat. Two zipped pockets provide ideal storage for small personal items, whilst ankle zips allow for easy on and off and extra ventilation when needed. The trousers pack down small should the weather clear up, and are extremely lightweight for easy carrying.
