Nubuck Leather Upper
The 3D knit fabric gives a sock-like fit that makes up the upper to offer a more fashionable look to Dachstein's mountaineering range. Protected with a GORE-TEX membrane, this Super Leggera Flow is a waterproof and windproof, keeping your feet well protected. Additionally, the GORE-TEX membrane offers high levels of breathability, ensuring the feet remain well ventilated throughout any hike reducing the build up of sweat to keep the feet cool and dry. Extra coverage around the ankle holds it in place, offering further support to keep you comfortable and well protected at the ankles as well.
EVA Midsole
Constructed using an EVA midsole, the Dachstein Gaisberg's offer high levels of comfort, ensuring that your feet and ankles feel like they're walking on clouds. Dachstein have developed its very own Flow Sole to add further breathability. With special openings at the sides of the midsoles, a special ventilation filter ensures that air around the foot is constantly on the move from the underside of the sole. The Flow Sole is the perfect technology for those long hikes, reducing the build up of sweat which reduces the build up of bacteria around the feet, decreasing the risk of infection.
Rubber Outsole
The rubber outsole has the perfect profile to hold on every surface, the grip offers excellent traction. Lugs have been strategically placed on the outsole to ensure that you remain stable on a variety of terrains. The rigid sharper edges on the outsole, make sure that these walking boots will give you hold when necessary, ensuring you always maintain your balance and can conquer all terrains.
