The AC Lite 18 is the newest version of our lightweight daypacks that combines practicality with an uber-comfortable Aircomfort backsystem. The AC Lite 18 features a detachable rain cover, roomy pockets, tensioned back mesh and a break-proof spring steel to ensure your pack feels light as a feather and remains as durable as, well, steel. This is the pack for carrying all your day hike necessities at minimum pack weight.
Constructed with Deuter's Advanced Aircomfort System, the AC Lite backpack offers exceptional comfort and breathability. Contoured shoulder straps are anatomically shaped for increased comfort and reduced irritation with additional padding to reduce chafing and rubbing. The sternum straps and waist-belt allow for optimum volume adjustment and help to stabilise the pack on the shoulders for increased comfort and even weight distribution. A durable spring steel frame provides a lightweight and flexible structure that moves with the body for full freedom of movement. The frame applies tension to the mesh for a comfortable and highly breathable fit; cool air permeates the fabric removing uncomfortable heat build-up trapped between the body and pack. The contoured waist belt melts into the body for a comfortable fit that transfers and distributes the load evenly, with additional ventilated pads to provide an irritation-free, highly breathable fit. An additional short back system allows you to adjust the back for the optimum fit.
A practical single lid closure provides quick, easy access to your essentials without the hassle of buckles, zips, and toggles. A multitude of pockets provides plenty of storage space for all your necessities. A lid pocket and stretch side pockets offer storage space for necessities that need to be within easy reach, with an additional valuables pocket keeping your phone, keys, and wallet safe and secure. A wet pocket keeps wet and essential dry clothes separate. A loop allows hiking or fold-away poles to be attached. Reflective attachments keep drinking tubes visible in low-level lighting for quick hydration. The Deuter AC Lite 18 Backpack is compatible with a 2.0 l or 3.0 l hydration system. An integrated, detachable rain cover keeps your bag and belongings protected from the rain.
