Constructed using GORE's signature Windstopper fabrication, the R3 Windstopper Hoodie provides excellent weather protection. The fabric is totally windproof and delivers maximum breathability to keep you comfortable in cool and windy weather conditions. By blocking out ferocious wind this technology keeps you warm and protected as you train whilst still allowing the garment to release warm air and let cooler, fresher air in. This combination of protection and breathability minimizes the wind's chilling effect and reducing the risk of overheating when you are active. Windstopper is also water repellent ensuring you remain dry during light showers.
A front zip exists for complete temperature control, in colder climates, it can be worn up to seal in heat or when the temperature begins to rise it can be worn down to increase ventilation. Elastic binding also features on the edges of the jacket to promote a stay-put fit and to help seal in escaping heat so you'll never feel a cold spot. A close-fitting hood can be used as added protection when the weather takes a turn for the worst by helping to shelter you from rainfall. Two pockets feature on the front of the jacket to provide ample storage space for essential items. Completing the Gore R5 Windstopper Jacket is a reflective logo and reflective print which increases your visibility to passing vehicles on late-night adventures.
