The Lifaloft Hooded Stretch Insulator Jacket was built for comfort and breathability during high intensity activities, meaning you feel lighter yet warmer. The revolutionary new insulation jacket contains an exclusive collaboration combining Helly Hansens unique LIFA technology with Primaloft insulation and extensive expertise in synthetic insulation. Thanks to a lighter fiber structure, Lifaloft insulation is 20% lighter than standard insulation - allowing for maximum comfort and agility. The unique Lifaloft insulation creates more air pockets giving more warmth at lower weight, compared to standard insulation. The soft, stretchy, and air permeable lining combined with the stretch Lifaloft means this jacket moves with you. Hike the ridgeline or ski the trees without overheating, this companion is breathable enough for even the most extreme athletes. The jacket also features a Life Pocket. Unfortunately, cold weather has a chilling effect on both the batteries and the delicate mechanics in smartphones. In order to avoid this, Helly Hansen developed this special pocket that holds the secret to keeping smartphones alive longer. Developed in collaboration with Primaloft and using thermal resistant materials, the Life Pocket stays two times warmer than a regular ski jacket pocket, helping your phone to stay charged for longer. The 4 way stretch fabric moves better in every direction, this combined with the articulated arms allow for freedom of movement and maximum comfort. The fabric is also water resistant and windproof, so will protect you from whatever elements the day throws at you, making you ready for anything. Lycra edge bands around the hood and cuffs offer a clean finish, as well as helping to further insulate you and keep out the cold. A full inner front zipper placket helps with wind protection, and hand warming pockets are a simple yet effective feature of this jacket. An adjustable hem drawcord can help to seal out the elements, whilst also allowing you to slightly change the fit of the jacket.
