Haglofs Vyn GT Hiking Boot

Adding to the great companion boots that Haglofs already have to offer is the Vyn GT. The Vyn GT makes makes use of the superb Asics FluidRide technology giving you a natural and balanced movement. Fitting perfectly from the moment you put it on and delivering comfort and support over time, Haglofs have integrated their GEL technology to maximise cushioning. GORE-TEX have waterproofed the boots giving you that extra edge against the elements.

Protective Upper

Haglofs have designed the Vyn GT with protection being key, fluorocarbon free DWR-treated surfaces repel water and dirt ensuring the upper remains clean throughout those long hikes. A tongue gusset helps prevent snow and water from entering the boots keeping the feet cool and dry. the tongue is also the source of ventilation letting moisture escape ensuring breathability and keeping the feet cool and dry in the process. The shaped soft collar top and tongue provide you with an excellent fit making sure you'll remains comfortable on those long hikes. A moulded rubber reinforced toe adds further to the protection of the boot keeping the forefoot well protected against the elements. GORE-TEX extended comfort offers durable waterproofing ensuring your feet will always remain dry and also maximising breathability to reduce the build up of sweat. Leather has been used from Leather Working Group audited tanneries ensuring a lower environmental footprint from Haglofs.

Comfortable Midsole

Fluidride technology provides you with a dual density midsole taking positive aspects from both the Spevafoam and Solyte giving you the balanced, more natural stride you'll need. Adding to this, is the improved cushioning ensuring that you remain comfortable throughout as well as lower weight so it doesn't feel like you have boots on your feet. GEL rear foot cushioning offers excellent shock absorption ensuring the impact is taken off the feet and ankles and reduces the risk of injury keeping the feet well protected. A TPU Trustic chassis and heel stabiliser ensure stability as well as torsion control, keeping not on the feet well protected but also muscles in your legs as well as your lower back.

Durable Outsole

AHAR Plus is a technology developed by Asics and this rubber on the entire outsole of the Vyn GT provides maximum durability on a variety of terrains. The outsole has large self-cleaning grooves for continuous and safe evacuation of mud and debris ensuring they always remain clean. If you're on a hike for multiple days, the Vyn GT has everything you need, as well as a self-cleaning outsole.
