The upper of the Hi-Tec Altitude Lite Walking Boots are constructed with both suede and mesh. Embedded into the upper is Hi-Tec's i-shield technology which is an invisible protective layer that repels water and dirt with ease, keeping your boots looking fresher for longer. Don't worry if the weather takes a turn for the worse as the boots are equipped with Dri-Tec technology which provides superior waterproofing and excellent vapour transmission to keep your feet dry and comfortable even in the wettest environments. Designed with a gusseted tongue which will help to keep out the loose debris, reducing the risk of discomfort, while the abrasion resistant heel and toe cap protects against any sharp rocks you might face on the trail. The ghillie and hardware lacing system offer a secure and more personalised fit, keeping your foot in place on uneven ground.
Ortholite Midsole
Moulded impact-absorbing EVA is located in the midsole to ensure long-lasting underfoot cushioning during your walk. For additional comfort, an Ortholite Impressions insole with slow recovery foam ensures superior cushioning, keeping you going for longer. Lastly, embedded in the midsole is a lightweight, durable fork shank to ensure flexibility and stability on uneven ground.
