Hoka Bondi 5 X Running Shoes
Continuing its collaborative spree, Hoka joins forces with Opening Ceremony to deliver these Bondi 5 sneakers. Showing off a lifestyle-geared makeover, the fashion-forward runners have textile uppers that are overlaid with leather and a co-branded patch adds a signature sign-off at each tongue.
Textile and Leather Upper
Constructed using textile and leather, the upper sits comfortably against the foot and allows cool air to flow into the shoe at the same time as releasing warm air out of the shoe, allowing the foot to remain cool, dry and comfortable. This upper is outfitted with an intuitive pull tab for easy on-and-off and a refined collar shape that alleviates pressure on the Achilles. The Bondi has an improved plush tongue to their predecessors, providing your feet with a layer of comfortable protection, and support, and assisting this is a traditional lace-up system that keeps the foot locked in and secure.
CMEVA Midsole
The Midsole is grounded in an extremely resilient, ultralight foam. This foam is constructed of a firm CMEVA cushioning for a combination of comfort and support. The CMEVA midsole offers maximum cushioning whilst maintaining a lightweight feel. Alongside this is an Ortholite sockliner which can be removed for a preferred fit and comfort and an early-stage meta-rocker for a smoother ride and faster transition.
Durable Rubber Outsole
Less weight. More durability. The durable rubber outsole reduces weight without compromising durability, with high abrasion rubber zones located on the toe and heel to prevent wear and tear and provide enhanced traction on every road surface. A bevelled heel design encourages a smooth transition and further increases durability so every performance is your best performance.
