Breathable Upper

The upper of the Hoka Conquest 3 Running Shoes is constructed with air mesh which will provide ventilation throughout the shoe ensuring the feet are kept feeling cool and comfortable throughout a run. The Conquest 3 also features a more accommodating width in the forefoot for added comfort and a supportive midfoot structure, to help keep your feet secure. With a soft, plush collar and tongue, these areas will provide you with added comfort and protection.

Lightweight, Responsive and Cushioned Midsole

This updated version of the Conquest features a suspension midsole built with an EVA top layer that gives the signature HOKA ONE ONE cushioning which provides more comfort that the Conquest 2. Providing maximum comfort and cushioning, the midsole is fitted with CMEVA (Compression Molded EVA) which is a diverse midsole material that is durable, lightweight and provides responsive cushioning, while the RMAT body delivers a perfect blend of underfoot support and responsiveness.

Hoka's Meta-Rocker midsole geometry is specifically designed with a low heel-toe differential and a sculptured outsole to create a unique fulcrum effect, like a rocking chair, to encourage a guided gait cycle. This design supports a runner's natural form while promoting an efficient, smooth roll from initial impact to toe-off. All of Hoka's shoes are designed with a Meta-Rocker, which is built into the mid and outsoles, near the metatarsal bones in your feet. In styles with an Early-Stage Meta-Rocker, the transition zone is placed behind the metatarsals head as this creates a smoother ride and a faster transition to the forefoot.

Durable and Grippy Outsole

The outsole is equipped with RMAT which maintains many of the comfortable and smooth-riding properties of Hoka's original foam but also brings useful new properties. Providing high elasticity which RMAT exhibits greater levels of rebound than traditional foams for high levels of running performance. It also ensures fantastic durability as whether runners go long or hard, RMAT will break in gradually, take a pounding and keep bouncing back. Lastly, it provides supreme grip as RMAT latches on to angled, wet, uneven surfaces for a fast, reliable ride. The rubber pod reinforcements will provide tough, stable traction while working alongside the Full Ground Contact outsole.
