Hoka Bondi LTR Running Shoes

Full-Grain Leather Upper

The upper of the Hoka Bondi LTR has been constructed using full-grain leather which is highly durable to provide exceptional comfort and protection as you run. The leather keeps the feet protected from any debris or sharp objects you may encounter while running as well as minimising the risk of wear and tear of the material. As well as being durable, the upper promotes effective moisture-wicking properties by eradicating the build-up of excess sweat and moisture to leave you feeling cool, dry and comfortable as you strive for the best results and performance. Furthermore, the leather encourages cool air to circulate, creating a drier, healthier environment for your feet to thrive in.

Additional reinforcement is provided by the supportive TPU heel frame which acts as a protector for the rearfoot as well as offering a locked-in feel to stabilise your foot while running. A padded tongue enhances comfort with a nice, next-to-skin feel whilst also guarding against friction and irritation such as chafing. Traditional lacing keeps the feet secure inside the shoe and is a simple yet efficient fastening system without causing distraction or discomfort as you run.

EVA Midsole

Full-length EVA resides in the midsole to deliver signature Hoka cushioning for a nice, underfoot feel which improves both comfort and performance. The cushioning also helps minimise the potential risk or injuries as well as reducing wear and tear placed upon your joints. Working alongside the EVA is an early stage Meta-Rocker which has been specifically designed with a low heel-to-toe differential and works like a rocking chair for your foot which allows the foot to be guided effectively through the natural gait cycle. Rounding off the midsole is flat-waisted geometry, providing inherent stability for a more efficient, more enjoyable run.

Durable Rubber Outsole

The outsole is made from a durable rubber which will keep the bottom of the shoe from wearing away easily. Zonal rubber has been strategically placed in key areas of the outsole which are more likely to wear to give it extra durability. In addition, the rubber offers flexibility as well as a full, unrestricted range of motion in all directions.
