Huub Adriel Swimrun Suit
The Adriel suit by Huub has been designed to promote buoyancy while also allowing you to run without getting bulked down by your suit.
Designed to be the forefront of SwimRun suits, the Huub Adriel is like no other. The flexible upper body is ideal for swimming as it allows you to achieve a full, unrestricted range of motion. Giving you the edge against your competitors or against the clock. Having the maximum mobility will allow you to cut through the water, increasing your speed and efficiency with ease. The buoyant material also helps you to stay afloat in the water; with equal buoyancy throughout the suit, the Adriel keeps you stable and prevents that sinking leg feeling. Swimsuits with a high buoyancy profile ensure a more streamlined position in the water allowing for a more efficient swim stroke.
The Adriel was also constructed to be the perfect running partner. A thin and flexible leg design is perfect for running as it reduces bulk and ensures stretch. The reduction in bulk allows you to run faster for longer so you can clock up the miles in complete comfort. The flexible design also allows you to have freedom of movement as the garment stretches in all directions so you can run unrestricted. A lightweight, breathable neoprene back panel allow for ample ventilation. The perforations within the fabric allow cool air to circulate whilst simultaneously forcing out hot, muggy air so you can remain cool, dry and comfortable at all times. Internal pockets have been added to the suit to provide ample storage space for essential items whilst a built-in safety whilst can be used in an emergency to alert people of your position. Lastly, the suit comes with neoprene sleeves with can be worn with the suit to increase coverage.
If you have sharp nails, wearing gloves is recommended to prevent them from snagging on the material and potentially causing damage to it. Specially designed to keep you comfortable, protected and enhanced in open water, the construction and feel of the wetsuit will mean that no outdoor water is a barrier. HUUB recommends that if you are on the border of two different sizes, going a size up rather than down would result in a better fit. It is vitally important to get a close fitting wetsuit. Once you have an optimally fitted wetsuit on it feels like a second skin which is what makes it so effective when you are in the water. But with a garment that fits so tightly, the challenge is in how to get it on without damaging the suit or chafing or trapping your skin. Adjusting the suit to fit your body comfortably so that it doesn't cause discomfort whilst you are swimming also needs a little practice.
