Huub DS Tri Suit

Developed with 6 time Ironman World Champion and the 'King of Kona' - Dave Scott. We took all the information that Dave could throw at us and added his passion for speed, comfort and breathability to create a heat-escaping, reflective, and faster garment.

Featuring Coldblack technology, the Huub DS Tri Suit guarantees a minimum of UPF 30 without affecting the look or feel of the suit. Coldblack technology also works to manage temperatures keeping you cool on hotter days and warm on colder days. Made from the latest Italian fabrics, the suit has an unbelievably soft feel yet still delivers exceptional sweat wicking. By moving excess moisture to the other layers of the fabric, sweat can be easily evaporated keeping you cool and dry at all times. Additionally, mesh panels located along the spine and lower back allow warm air to flow out of the suit and cool air to flow in, therefore increasing breathability. All the fabrics in the trisuit are heat reflective which provides added cooling while a long front zip provides comfort and can be lowered for breathability when on a run. The front zip, allows the wearer to quickly and easily adjust the fastening to meet their personal preference and ensure an easy on/off.

If you have sharp nails, wearing gloves is recommended to prevent them from snagging on the material and potentially causing damage to it. Specially designed to keep you comfortable, protected and enhanced in open water, the construction and feel of the tri suit will mean that no outdoor water is a barrier. HUUB recommends that if you are on the border of two different sizes, going a size up rather than down would result in a better fit. It is vitally important to get a close fitting tri suit. Once you have an optimally fitted wetsuit on it feels like a second skin which is what makes it so effective when you are in the water. But with a garment that fits so tightly, the challenge is in how to get it on without damaging the suit or chafing or trapping your skin. Adjusting the suit to fit your body comfortably so that it doesn't cause discomfort whilst you are swimming also needs a little practice.
