Inov8 Roclite 290 Women's Trail Running Shoes
Run with confidence with Inov8's lightest, most flexible trail running shoes. The Roclite 290 is designed for running quickly over multi terrains. Delivering a responsive ride and high levels of durability, it's perfect for moving fast over wet mountain rock, hard-packed trails or even muddy grass.
Standard Fit
Inov8's standard fit offers a close-fitting heel that locks the shoe in position, while a wider toe box allows the toes to splay when running naturally or lifting weights. Standard fit suits those with wider feet and athletes using the product for long sessions.
Synthetic/Mesh Upper
A Synthetic and mesh upper as well as a mesh inner lining provides all round breathability and key ventilation, keeping your feet cool and dry through every step. Built around the natural anatomy of the foot, the ADAPTERWEB met-cradle adapts to the natural movement and swelling of the foot in motion and provides a better all round fit cradling the foot into every stride, whilst the Y-lock system holds the heel in place and offers support.
PowerFlow Midsole
Offering a cushioned ride is the two-piece POWERFLOW which delivers 10% better shock absorption and 15% better energy return than standard midsoles allowing you to run harder for longer. integrated into the midsole is Inov8's very own second-generation META-PLATE which is a rock plate that protects the underfoot from sharp rocks. The META-PLATE aligns behind the metatarsals for greater forefoot flexibility and control when contouring, whilst retaining underfoot impact protection.
Tri-C Rubber Outsole
featuring Inov8's Tri-C rubber compound and multi-directional claw-shaped outsole provides an unrivalled grip over unpredictable terrain and the quick release of debris. Every ounce of energy generated by the body is transferred to the road through the outsole, with the Tri-C outsole delivering traction throughout the gait cycle. The sticky fusion compound is a mix of synthetic rubber and EVA foam for a smooth ride and grip on an array of surfaces whilst the meta-flex groove is located at the forefoot to encourage natural forefoot flex during the toe-off phase of the gait cycle.
