Utilising Jack Wolfskin's Texapore Smoothlight 2L membrane the Strokkur Texapore Jacket is abrasion resistant, making the garment exceptionally comfortable. The Texapore fabric has a textile look due to the brushed surface structure of the nylon Taslan backing. On the inside of this fabric, a microporous polyurethane coating is provided to give the garment a waterproof finish, keeping you dry even in the downpour, and protected from the wind, whilst also being highly breathable. This material is perfect for trekking wear, and hiking clothing, protecting you from unfavourable weather conditions. Alongside this, a detachable basic hood, with drawstring adjustments, and an adjustable field of view, providing a perfect protective cover from a range of weather conditions. A Short System Zip integrated into this garment allows you to attach an inner jacket, giving you a second layer of warmth. The jacket has underarm ventilation zippers to provide a perfect microclimate inside the jacket, keeping you comfortable at all times. Two side pockets are easy to access, for important belonging you want to quickly grab. There are two inside pockets and a secret pocket for belongings that are more valuable to safely stow away.
