A true Jack Wolfskin classic that has been in use for three decades, the 3-in-1 system provides one jacket, yet adapts so that you can wear it three different ways. The front zip on the inner jacket is attached to the second zip on the outer jacket while fastening loops on the sleeves and at the neck prevent it from slipping. For the outer coat, Jack Wolfskin utilises breathable Texapore Ecosphere weather protection fabric. The waterproofing is 100% PFC-free, so you can wear the Arctic Ocean 3-in-1 Jacket with a clear conscience. With both Texapore Tasridge, and Texapore Taslan Stretch fabrics, the jacket construction allows it to still be extremely breathable and for added ventilation, you can open the venting zips for a quick blast of fresh air. To store your valuable items, the jacket features an array of pockets with a secret interior zip pocket to ensure small items are kept safe and secure.
Underneath the shell, there's a knitted fleece with a super soft reverse side. The fleece is exceptionally warm and can be zipped in or out using the system zip, which means you can wear the two jackets together or separately - it's entirely up to you. The robust NANUK 200 Bipolar material ensures that's it's soft and warm, yet breathable. The warming fabrication reflects body heat for instant warmth on cold days and when the icy cold wind is whistling around your nose, the faux fur trim around the hood protects your face - a big plus when you're out in the wilds. The trim, or the entire hood, can simply be detached if not required.
