Constructed using recycled materials, the Field Port Jacket is a sustainable alternative that has a dramatically lower carbon footprint than similar jackets. Equipped with TEXAPORE ECOSPHERE, a technology that has been developed in-house by Jack Wolfskin, this will provide multiple benefits to you. This is made from completely recycled materials like plastic bottles and is three times as sustainable and three times as strong as previous technologies. The technology will provide you with complete waterproofing. With a jacket that is intended to protect you from the cold, it's also important that no water or moisture is able to enter from the outside. The material is designed to stop this from happening, ensuring that no moisture is able to penetrate through and cause you any discomfort. To further enhance the protection, the TEXAPORE material will keep you feeling comfortable, with the wind being deflected away from the jacket to keep you in a warm and cosy environment. The jacket will however allow air to enter and exit, which will mean that sweat particles can escape out. So that you don't freeze, Texapore materials are designed so that sweat is quickly wicked away even when you step up your level of activity.
To ensure added protection on cold winter days, the detachable hood can be used to shield the face in harsh weather. The hood features an adjustable volume and field of vision to ensure a close and comfortable fit that won't affect your vision. As well as this, a full zip can be worn closed to seal in escaping heat or when temperatures rise they can be worn open to release an intolerable heat build-up. The adjustable hem allows you to cinch down the fit; the cinched fit is perfect for sealing in escaping heat on cold days. Completing the jacket are multiple pockets that allow you to store all of your essential items. Four hand pockets are perfect for warming your hands on cold days whilst the dual chest pockets are perfect for small essentials. An inner pocket is perfect for valuable items that you want to keep safe.
