The sandal's primary cushioning ability is derived from a dual density, compression-moulded EVA midsole compound that absorbs the brunt of the initial heelstrike phase of the gait whilst simultaneously attenuating shockwaves as it transitions forwards towards the toe-off phase. A removable, metatomical EVA footbed adheres to the contours of the foot for an adaptive lockdown whilst a secure fit lace capture system also works to deliver confidence-inspiring security.
