Keen Wanderer Mid Waterproof Walking Shoes

Waterproof Upper
Constructed using both waterproof suede and nubuck leather, the upper is made to withstand the harshest conditions. To avoid damp feet, and therefore dampened spirits, a KEEN.DRY membrane resides inside the boot; supplying a combination of durable waterproofing and optimised breathability. Sometimes it's hard to stay dry without developing that distracting clammy feeling, but KEEN.DRY keeps water on the outside while letting perspiration escape from the inside; keeping sweat to a minimum and you, cool and comfy. A hydrophobic mesh lining throughout the upper also repels water and wicks excess moisture away from the skin creating a better environment for the feet whilst you are out and about. Additionally, a contoured heel lock keeps the foot in place and creates a nice and secure feeling whilst an integrated heel cushion provides added cushioning to the heel allowing you to walk more comfortably for longer. a metatomical footbed design is an internal support mechanism that is anatomically engineered to provide excellent arch support and cradles the natural contours of the foot.
PU Midsole
A direct attach PU midsole yields superb cushioning properties allowing you to walk further for longer. The increased cushioning has a positive impact on your feet and helps to absorb shocks, keeping you injury free. Furthermore, it has excellent durability and ageing resistance keeping the shoes newer no matter how many miles you rack up. A metatomical EVA insoles provide added underfoot cushioning.
Dual Compound Rubber Outsole
A dual compound rubber outsole completes the galleo walking boot by providing ultimate grip when on muddy and slippery terrain. Additionally, a full-length stability shank is added to decrease the chances of ankle rolling or injury from occurring by providing a bit more stability to the foot whilst out of rough terrain.
