The breathable membrane keeps your feet cool, dry and comfortable as it wicks away the sweat and moisture so you can focus on your performance without discomfort or distraction. A moulded collar unites with a cushion panel to reduce the risk of discomfort and take pressure off the Achilles; delivering flexible, comfortable freedom to every stride. The contoured heel lock cradles the heel in stability; it helps to anchor the foot to the midsole, reducing in-shoe slippage for distraction-free exercise.

Low Density EVA Midsole

A PU foam footbed lies atop a lightweight midsole to supply an extra layer of step-in comfort and resilient cushioning. Its dual-density construction increases heel stability, arch support and shock absorption. Firmer foam on the medial side helps to control pronation, enhancing support over tricky terrain and preventing injury. The softer foam works to attenuate shock, complimenting the midsole material and protecting you at heel-strike and toe-off. A generous helping of low-density EVA resides underneath the sockliner, introduced to supply female-specific cushioning and comfort. Light in weight and low in profile, it spares your joints as you pound down onto hard, unforgiving terrain. Providing ultimate, all-around protection, the Keen.all-terrain outsole ensures meaningful traction. This high traction promotes grip on a multitude of surfaces while delivering the durability you need to go the distance. A full-length stability shank is added to decrease the chances of ankle rolling or injury from occurring by providing a bit more stability to the foot whilst out of rough terrain. Completing the outsole are 4mm multi-direction lugs designed to offer traction on the most uneven surfaces and in the most unpredictable weather conditions so you step out with assured footing for a confident walk.
