The Eigerjoch Insulated Hybrid Gilet is made from a Pertex Quantum Air outer material with Diamond Fuse technology offering you the ideal balance of weather protection, breathability and abrasion resistance. To provide you with warmth, Mammut have used a lining-free technology, Polartec Alpha Direct which offers heat retention without heat build-up, making this a warm gilet without excessive bulk. This, combined with Mammut High Reach Technology, allows for unrestricted freedom of movement when climbing as well as during aerobic activities too. Assisting with temperature control and comfort Mammut have included inserts on the side and back made from high-quality Pontetorto Merino Tecnowool which also has a natural odour-inhibiting effect, keeping the gilet fresher for longer through your intense workout or climb. Two pockets have been included on the front of the gilet. The pockets are climbing-harness-compatible to keep belongings accessible when climbing and feature zippers for secure storage. Finishing the gilet, an elasticated hem has been used to trap heat and keep you warm when you need it the most.
