Designed using a recycled outer fabric of ultra-lightweight, durable nylon, the Eiger Speed IN has outstanding thermal properties to keep you warm, protected and comfortable on mountaineering adventures. Additionally, Pertex Quantum Pro uses an ultra-thin water-repellent coating to keep you dry from light rain and moisture. Combining Mammut Down 900 cuin alongside PrimaLoft insulation, the jacket keeps you warm and cosy in cold, winter conditions, including wet weather. Additionally, the insulation has excellent moisture-wicking properties, to remove excess sweat or moisture in areas that get the most wear and tear, keeping you dry in high-heat periods. The jacket is tailored towards high alpine adventures and has an integrated 1-point adjustable hood that shields you from changing weather. Featuring a long 2-way half zip, ventilation is easily controlled and provides you with an easy on and off. The jacket also has 2 backpack and climbing-harness-compatible zipper pockets, and a zipped chest pocket for stashing essentials with easy access to them. An elastic hem and cuffs provide you with an improved and prevent windchill from entering. With a low packing volume, the jacket can easily be stowed away into its pocket.
