Abrasion-Resistant Mesh

To keep feet well protected and comfortable on long hiking adventures, the lightweight Aenergy Mtn Low GORE-TEX features an abrasive-resistant jacquard mesh upper. Strategic perforations supply feet with a constant level of airflow and cool sensation to prevent overheating when under immense pressure and ensure an excellent level of protection thanks to their super-durable construction. Working with this is a GORE-TEX membrane for breathable, waterproof protection that reduces the risks of feet becoming wet and uncomfortable. The GORE-TEX stops wet weather, including heavy rain or snow, from penetrating the fabric, ensuring shoes and feet remain dry and fresh. Moisture-wicking properties prevent feet from becoming uncomfortable by removing moisture and sweat from your skin's surface for dry, fresh feet. A protective rubber toe cap adds durability and shields feet and toes from knocks and bumps on tricky trail adventures. The shoes have an elasticated, pre-shaped tongue construction to keep feet secure and comfortable, preventing excessive movement. Finally, the traditional laces work to keep feet locked in and secure when traversing a wide variety of conditions.

EVA Midsole

To ensure energetic strides and soft response underfoot, the midsole cushions your every stride to keep things bouncy and soft, whilst shock absorbing properties help to reduce the risks of injury or discomfort by absorbing impact from striking down on tough, rocky surfaces. The midsole adds stability and cushioning for a comfortable heel strike. Working alongside this, the shoes feature an Ortholite insole for extra in-shoe cushioning and can be removed for interchangeable comfort. With a rocker-shaped geometry, the midsole guarantees smooth, confident landing and easy, natural toe-off.

Vibram Megagrip Outsole

The outsole allows you to stride confidently thanks to its durable nature and tacky construction, providing you with optimum grip in both wet and dry conditions to keep you secure with the ground below.
