Completing the upper is an elastic cord and lock lacing system that allows you to quickly lock down the foot with a secure and comfortable fit that suits you.

EVA Foam Midsole

With an EVA midsole, the Chameleon 8 Stretch will ensure that you won't feel any discomfort from heavy and sharp contacts from below. This is because the EVA is extremely good at absorbing shocks instantly and effectively, preventing them from reaching the sole of the foot and causing any damage to it. As well as this, the midsole provides cushioning on every step that you take, which will improve the comfort of the shoes, as well as reduce the risk of injury by taking less stress off joints like the knees, ankles and bones in the feet. This will mean that you will fatigue less, maximising the amount of activity that you can achieve. The heel will sit comfortably in a TPU moulded heel counter, which will protect it from any heavy strikes as well as keep it in a strong and upright position. A Kinetic Fit Base removable contoured insole provides flexible support allowing you to move freely. Merrell Air Cushion in the heel absorbs shock whilst adding stability ensuring you remain well balanced whilst out and about.
