Merrell Vapor Glove 5 Women's Trail Running Shoes

The 5th version of our famous barely-there minimalist shoe is designed to mimic the shape of the human foot, keeping it in the position it would be in without shoes. Version 5 features an improved fit and increased abrasion resistance.

Breathable Mesh and TPU Upper

Supplying you with an optimal level of comfort, and exceptional breathability, the Vapor Glove 5's utilise a combination of breathable mesh and a TPU upper construction. This provides protection to enhance in-shoe comfort, keeping your feet shielded from knocks and bumps on the trail. Additionally, the mesh materials supply your feet with a constant level of airflow, enhancing in-shoe breathability, and keeping your foot cool on the trail. A stretch collar sits comfortably against your ankle to allow an easy on-and-off construction, which will also ensure the shoes remain secure. A 40% recycled mesh lining enhances the airflow provided to your feet for a wonderfully comfortable running experience. Additionally, 100% recycled laces keep the foot locked in when wearing, allowing you to get a secure fit, preventing distractions and in-shoe slipping.

EVA Foam Midsole

For comfort underfoot, the shoes have an EVA foam midsole construction, that also has a 100% recycled top sheet. A Merrell Barefoot 2 construction is designed to keep the foot in a natural position, whilst providing you with a barefoot sensation, providing a natural running experience.

Vibram EcoStep Outsole

For exceptional grip and traction on varying surfaces, the shoes have a Vibram EcoStep outsole which utilises 30% recycled rubber for a sustainable choice. The Vibram outsole has an increased level of abrasive resistance for ultimate support, and durability, allowing you to have secure footing from the start to the finish of your run.
