Merrell Trail Glove 7 GORE-TEX Women's Trail Running Shoes

Merrell's leadership in the barefoot category continues with the Trail Glove 7. Key updates include more natural foot positioning for a true minimalist feel, a Vibram EcoStep outsole that wraps the foot to maximize grip and connection, and a minimal midsole made of FloatPro Foam.

Recycled Mesh Upper

The upper is constructed with recycled mesh for optimum air circulation and ventilation, meaning your feet can breathe. A GORE-TEX membrane has been added which provides optimal waterproof protection to keep your feet dry whilst remaining breathable. A lining made with recycled mesh allows for temperature and moisture control by allowing heat and moisture to escape, and move to the outer of the shoe - keeping your feet feeling fresh and breezy. Merrell Barefoot 2 construction is designed to keep the foot in a natural position, with zero drop, to encourage natural running form. By hitting the ground with your forefoot, rather than your heel, your speed will increase and your likelihood of injuring your joints will be lessened. A bellows tongue features on the upper to help keep out debris.

FloatPro Foam Midsole

Within the midsole Merrell's signature FloatPro Foam has been used to ensure a light, durable ride. The midsole ensures ample underfoot cushioning to reduce the impact placed upon the feet on tough trails whilst remaining as lightweight as possible so you'll never feel weighed down. The lightweight midsole offers supreme cushioning and support to key areas like the arch and heel, holding the foot securely in place for a smoother transition and wear. By supporting these key areas of the foot, the midsole material can also help to offer enough support to help prevent discomfort and possible injury. As well as this, Merrell's signature flexConnect technology has been used within the midsole to ensure enhanced ground connection. FlexConnects dual-directional flex grooves ensure a secure fit as well as a natural and serious grip to deliver agility and stability on any terrain.

Vibram EcoStep Outsole

Finished with a Vibram EcoStep outsole, made from 30% recycled rubber, for an innovative combination of sustainability and performance, which provides added durability and improved grip on wet and dry surfaces. 2.5mm lugs grip onto surfaces and tackle smooth, rough, wet, and dry surfaces with ease, so you can take your adventures to the next level in confidence.
