Mizuno Wave Luminous Indoor Court Shoes

The Wave Luminous is a premium Hybrid Power shoe that combines the soft running-like cushioning with a secure fitting, ideal for volleyball. The DynamotionFit bootie construction provides a snug fit, and luxury comfort. The layered and textile design upper provides a lightweight frame with enough bounce to keep you in the air when you need it most, with a high-density EVA inserts in the rear foot for maximum support.

Lightweight Mesh Upper

Ensuring that the construction of the shoe remains lightweight, the breathable mesh on the top of the shoe will keep the feet feeling ventilated and cool. A constant airflow passes through, which will make sure you don't overheat and affect performance. The layered no-seam upper means that there are no bulky pieces of material that add to the weight of it. Thicker material covers the toe making sure that shocks bumps and scrapes on the ground are reduced before reaching the foot. DynaMotionFit, a system used by Mizuno makes the shoe feel like a tailored fit, as it makes the material tailor to unique foot shapes and individual gaits. Up the foot laces and a long tongue with loop mean that finding the perfect fit is easily achievable. A heel loop makes carrying the shoes quick and simple.

Mizuno Wave Midsole

Developed to provide the shoe with supreme stability and cushioning, Mizuno have used their Wave midsole to improve performance. With a plate in the middle surrounded by cushioning, the Wave midsole absorbs shocks on impact and disperses the energy efficiently. The result of this is a smoother and gentler feel on the bottom of the foot. Within the midsole, Mizuno has also used ap+, a lightweight midsole compound. This offers a springy rebound, whilst it also improves cushion durability, providing a high level of comfort. There is also a removable insock found inside the shoe, which comes into direct contact with the foot. This is there to further improve cushioning and comfort, and can be taken out if you don't quite like the feel of it.

Dynamotion Groove Outsole

Designed to keep you in firm control on courts, the Dynamotion Groove outsole will improve stability and court agility. The specially shapes lugs and extremely sticky rubber will secure you into place, acting as a solid base to push on from in explosive bursts of pace. It will also help to slow you down when braking, and with turning and changes of direction. Durable and built to last, the rubber is tough and is abrasion resistant.
