Soft PU Midsole
The Midsole utilises Mizuno's C.O.B. technology, a patent-pending design featuring sensor pod clusters that enable enhanced feedback from the feet to aid in balance and, ultimately, allow you to pursue improved athletic performance and balance. The midsole is soft allowing for natural flexibility that works to move with you during your training to keep you comfortable and focused. Internal support straps are strategically placed in the midfoot to keep the fit close to your foot during active movements.
Rubber Outsole
The rubber outsole is designed to provide you with stability and traction when you need it most while training. Linked with the midsole the training shoe directly transmits information from the ground to the bottom of the feet.
