Mizuno Wave Ibuki 4 Women's GORE-TEX Trail Running Shoes

GORE-TEX Upper

Made using a GORE-TEX membrane through the upper, the Ibuki 4 GTX will work to keep your feet dry on the trail, even during poor weather conditions. Repelling even the more torrential weather, the shoes have the ability to prevent water from entering the shoes, therefore ensuring you remain at optimum comfort. Additionally, working alongside this to ensure feet also remain cool, the shoes have a mesh upper, allowing your feet to thrive under pressure on the trail. Perforation within the fabrics allows air to fully permeate the upper, letting your feet breathe when the temperature starts to rise or your training session heats up. Strategically placed reinforcements feature throughout the uppers to provide you with support and keep your feet protected against sharp branches and sharp-edged rocks. Completing the upper is a traditional lacing system that works to lock down the midfoot, allowing you to enjoy distraction-free strides.

Mizuno Wave Midsole

Mizuno's wave technology is embedded into the midsole to provide flexibility in one direction and support in the other. The Enerzy midsole technology works to absorb the shock of heel striking without compromising comfort or cushioning. Once the shock has been absorbed the energy from that is harnessed and transferred to the forefoot to push you off and guide you onto the next movement. The wave prevents partial deformation and provides dynamic support to stabilise and guide the foot forward. The midsole works to keep your feet protected from changes underfoot so you can continue in complete comfort and confidence that no matter how hard the trail your always going to perform.

Wgrip Rubber Outsole

Enhancing the grip and traction underfoot are Wgrip rubber outsoles which provide you with exceptional support on gravel roads. Not only this, but the rubber compound is highly durable to ensure you have long-lasting support over the course of all your trail running adventures. The outsole of the Wave Ibuki 4s has been adorned by new X-Lugs which provide you with increased grip, and an extraordinary level of traction in muddy conditions.
