AIRmesh Upper

Designed to provide lightweight comfort, the Mizuno Wave Revolt Running Shoes have been constructed using Mizuno's signature Airmesh upper. The upper provides the utmost breathability and comfort by ensuring a constant airflow as your pace increases. The newly designed upper keeps you cooler and drier for longer, especially during tough runs. The increase in ventilation creates a perfect microclimate for your skin to thrive in so you can go further for longer in complete comfort. As well as this, a soft and padded tongue and ankle collar will reduce the risk of irritation caused by rubbing and chafing whilst a heel pull tab allows for an easy on and off. Completing the upper is a lacing system that locks down the midfoot to reduce in-shoe slippage so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.

Enerzy Midsole

The midsole has been constructed using Mizuno's new Enerzy technology which provides ample cushioning and high energy return. The midsole technology works to absorb the shock of heel striking without compromising comfort or cushioning. Once the shock has been absorbed the energy from that is harnessed and is then transferred to the forefoot to then push you off and guide you onto the next movement. The midsole works to keep your feet comfortable at all times whilst also providing a strong and responsive base for you to push off from. As well as this, a Foam wave has also been used within the midsole to provide added stability as you run. The wave prevents partial deformation and provides dynamic support to stabilise and guide the foot forward.

Durable Outsole

Developed using a rubber outsole, the Mizuno Wave Revolt Running Shoes enhance traction and grip. The durable rubber provides a strong grip and works to protect itself from damage, and protect users from losing control and slipping. The rubber is placed on high wear areas such as the forefoot and heel to increase durability. The rubber covers the heel, forefoot and midfoot to enhance durability, resisting the traumas of heel-strike and toe-off to provide you with a reliable and long-lasting running buddy. Completing the outsole is flex grooves, allowing the shoe to flex and expand in every direction for an incredibly natural, lightweight feel as you train that enables a full, unrestricted range of motion in all directions.
