Updated Jacquard Mesh Upper
Creating a smoother fit, the upper has been redesigned with a 3D PU print for a strategic hold and fit. The redesigned heel counter ensures balance and comfort through a better fit around the calcaneus. The shoe's upper has been designed to keep the temperature maintained at a comfortable level. Made from jacquard mesh, the shoes work to allow air to flow in and out of the shoe, keeping the feet feeling cool even during intense activity, due to the excellent control of airflow. The materials allow vapour from sweat to escape, which will keep your feet feeling dry and fresh. In addition to this, the upper uses Mizuno's Dynamotion Fit. This system uses highly advanced motion capture and biomechanics technology to provide a supreme fit. This will mean that as your foot moves through the gait cycle, the shoe will work with your unique movement, accommodating the whole process comfortably. A secure and comfortable fit is guaranteed with a gusset and extended tongue lining that will sit gently atop the foot and help lock down the midfoot.
Wave Technology Midsole
The Wave Rider 27 comes with a bio-based Wave Plate. In an effort to reduce their carbon footprint while providing high-performance running shoes, Mizuno has collaborated with Pebax Rnew and have made the Waver Rider's iconic Wave Plate more sustainable. The cloud-like shaped Wave Plate resides underfoot and has an additional 2mm cushioning. It supplies softer landings, strengthened rebounds, and firm stability, whilst ensuring smooth transitions through to midstance. Manufactured from Pebax Rnew, the Wave's sustainable construction spares your joints as you strike down onto hard, unforgiving concrete, whilst answering to the environmental awareness of its consumers. Performance isn't compromised though, you still get exceptional lightness, spring-back, impact resistance and improved flex fatigue resistance. A unique U4ic midsole platform encases the Wave Plate to increase the level of comfort and performance provided by the Wave Rider 27, without sacrificing its stable nature. It is an engineered polymer that is light, responsive and cushioned, and it delivers you these properties, kilometre after kilometre, day after day. Then, beneath the wave plate and under the heel, a layer of U4icX foam exists to add yet another dollop of premium underfoot softness and impact protection. The latest addition to the Wave Rider 27 is the Mizuno Enerzy heel wedge which provides increased cushioning and energy return.
Suela X10
Mantente fresco y seco mientras corres por el asfalto. Mizuno Intercool resuelve el problema de la acumulación de calor y humedad en una zapatilla de running.
