The high-density EVA further works to attenuate shock impact at the heel when striking down on hard, unforgiving surfaces to spare joints from aches and pains. Working with Mizuno Wave technology, the midsole helps to absorb shock impact at foot strike and disperses the energy to deliver a smooth, more cushioned feel with every step. A removable insole provides cushioned comfort from the instep with the option for a customisable fit.
