Its perforated construction allows air to fully permeate the entire upper, letting your feet breathe when the temperature starts to rise or your training session heats up. DynamotionFit technology provides a tailored, glove-like fit. The DynamotionFit system uses motion capture and biomechanics technology to bring you an upper that's designed to work with your foot through the gait cycle. Additionally, the shoes have strategically placed reinforcements to provide you with support and keep your feet protected against sharp branches and sharp-edged rocks. Completing the upper is a lacing system that works to lock down the midfoot so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.

Mizuno Wave Midsole

Mizuno's Wave technology is embedded into the midsole to provide flexibility in one direction and support in the other. The Enerzy midsole technology works to absorb the shock of heel striking without compromising comfort or cushioning. Once the shock has been absorbed the energy from that is harnessed and transferred to the forefoot to push you off and guide you onto the next movement. The Wave prevents partial deformation and provides dynamic support to stabilise and guide the foot forward.
