The Mountain Equipment, Mountain Gloves are essential equipment for walking and trekking in cold conditions. The outer of the gloves have been made with durable and abrasion-resistant Nylon to keep them looking in top condition wear after wear. To keep you warm they have included POLARLOFT insulation that provides reliable warmth. POLARLOFT Synthetic insulation offers an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio, small pack size, and performance optimised for its intended use. Inside the gloves, a brushed tricot lining has been included to increase warmth, with a comfy next-to-skin feel. Also included in the gloves is a DRILITE insert that seals out the worst of the weather, Drilite is Mountain Equipment's own, breathable, waterproof fabric. This allows built-up heat and vapour to escape whilst stopping water molecules into the gloves keeping your hand dry and warm at all times. The gloves feature pre-curved fingers and thumb to give a secure grip whilst a Suregrip palm improves grip on poles or ice axes. Finishing the gloves single-handed drawcord closure that easily seals out the elements.
