Material Construction And Benefits
The Trail Series Short Tight from Montane is made from X-Skin hyper stretch material. This was specifically chosen for its quick-drying, hard-wearing properties. X-Skin allows the garment to stretch and fit snugly around the body without losing its shape or causing the wearer to feel as though their movements are being restricted. This fabric is also treated with Polygiene odour control which helps to prevent the build-up of bacteria which could potentially cause odour and/or damage to the garment.
Other Key Features
Throughtout construction, flatlock sewn seams have been used which will allow the garment to sit snugly against the skin without causing chafe and discomfort (commonly caused by large and bulky seams). The stretch fabric waist allows the short to sit comfortably around the hip area without restricting the wearer's movements. A drawcord adjustment system has also been added inside of the waist. This will allow the wearer to adjust the fit they receive to meet their personal preference. Gel pockets have been placed on the back of the short to provide easily accessible space for gels and small essentials. Providing more secure storage space is a zippered pocket. Also placed at the back of the short, this pocket provides secure and accessible storage space. Reflective detailing on the short will ensure the wearer remains safe and visible as they train in possible lower lighting conditions.
