Designed with fastpacking and fast and light mountain adventures in mind, the Mode Mission Pants are constructed using stretch weather resistant fabric which has a tough CORDURA face and warm fleece backer.
Designed with fast packing and fast and light mountain adventures in mind, the Mode Mission Pants are constructed using stretch weather-resistant fabric which has a tough CORDURA face. The MALA Thermal construction works to keep you warm when the weather takes a turn for the worst by trapping heat within its fibres. This ensures added warmth and works to keep your body temperature optimal at all times. Furthermore, a CORDURA face has been placed on the pants to vastly improve durability. They will reduce the risk of the pants snagging and possibly ripping. This will also help to protect the body from injury which could be caused by branches and other debris. The outer of the pants have been treated with DWR to ensure added protection from harsh weather conditions. The DWR treatment repels light rain to keep you comfortable and dry when caught in light showers. With an ultra-slim fit, these pants are cut to allow excellent freedom of movement for faster cold-weather activities and have a flattering close-cut, a flap-free fit with minimal distractions. As well as this for more unrestricted movement, the pants have articulated knees. This will allow you to make large movements without any restriction whatsoever, making larger steps when climbing perfectly achievable without any hindrance. Flatlocked seams have been used throughout the construction to reduce the risks of chafing and irritation so you can climb in complete comfort. On the lower leg ankle zips exists to provide complete temperature control. In colder climates, the zips can be worn down to seal in heat or, when the temperature begins to rise they can be worn up to release and intolerable heat build-up. Completing the pants are two mesh-lined hand pockets which can be used to warm your hands or carry valuables in for quick access.
