Designed with all the technical features required for alpine climbing , the Alpine Resolve Jacket uses a combination of 40 Denier and 80 Denier GORE-TEX Pro Most Breathable fabrics and has been developed with all the functionality required for use in challenging winter conditions.

To meet the demands of anything the outdoors throws at it, the fabrication works to protect against harsh winds and rain ensuring you remain warm, dry and comfortable at all times. This durable layer provides supreme waterproofing, which will make sure that you will always stay dry in light or heavy rain. As well as being protected from moisture, the fabric is also windproof, which means that heavy gusts are blocked from reaching the skin, which would also make you begin to feel cold. As the body begins to sweat, or when you start to overheat, the fabric allows there to be a steady airflow in and out of the jacket, which will work to keep the body feeling cool and comfortable. The GORE-TEX fabrication provides the perfect balance of breathability and protection to bring you a jacket that will perform over and over again. As well as this, a 80 Denier GORE-TEX Pro fabric in the high wear areas ensures added protection and increased durability. The hardwearing fabric has been used over the shoulders, hips, forearms and in the prominent front pocket area to reduce the risk of abrasion.

A fully adjustable climbing helmet compatible hood is designed to fit comfortably with winter headwear and a helmet. The hood can be adjusted to ensure complete protection when the weather takes a turn for the worst. As well as this, the stiffened hood peak gives stability and wired edge allows adjustability. A tall collar with shaped mouth and nose guard offers maximum storm protection plus, the hood can be rolled down and stowed whilst not in use. An adjustable hem and waist with cinchable drawcord allows you to seal in escaping heat and find a perfect fit at all times. The drawcord can be quickly and easily adjusted to keep you comfortable and warm on any outdoor adventure. Shaped cuffs with adjustable hook and loop tabs seals out escaping heat whilst articulated arms ensure high reach movement. A full length YKK AquaGuard VISLON front zip is highly water resistant and two way to allow easy access to climbing or rucksack harness. The internal storm flap behind centre front zip together with press stud to secure hem and prevent further weather entry. As well as this, to provide much-needed ventilation, the Alpine Resolve features pit zips which can be used to control the temperature. Simply open the zips to increase ventilation or close them to seal in escaping heat. The zips are angled to eliminate bulk and allow for good arm lift plus, technical tailoring around the arms to prevent arm lift raising the lower hem whilst reaching high. Completing the Montane Alpine Resolve GORE-TEX PRO Jacket are multiple pockets which can be used to store all your essential items. . Two map sized A-line hand-warmer pockets with covered YKK matte AquaGuard zips positioned clear of a backpack or climbing harness belt whilst an external chest pocket is perfect for valuable items. A internal mesh drop pocket is also perfect for small essentials.
