Montane White Ice Women's Jacket
Warm, durable and fully featured, the White Ice Jacket is engineered using an ultra-light barrier lite RS outer fabric filled with PrimaLoft Silver Insulation Down Blend, a revolutionary hybrid material that combines all the insulative and packable properties of down with the wet-weather performance of synthetic insulation, making it perfect for deep winter use.
Lightweight yet tough, that jacket is constructed with Barrier Lite RS is a nylon rip-stop fabric with a DWR (Durable Water Resistance), perfect for protecting the down-blend insulation. 254g of PrimaLoft SILVER Insulation Down Blend fill, consisting of 60% 90/10 high-quality water-resistant down at 650+ fill, blended with 40% Primaloft synthetic fill fibres. The blend of water-resistant goose down and PrimaLoft synthetic insulation combines the warmth and packability of down with the fast drying and 'warm when wet' properties of synthetic full. PEAQ Down lining that is exceptionally comfortable next to the skin, highly breathable and incredibly fast drying allows you to go that extra whilst feeling extra comfortable. A Midi baffle construction allows the down to loft whilst providing an active fit.
A fully adjustable roll-away hood is designed to fit comfortably over a climbing helmet allowing you to take this jacket anywhere you wish. An internal elastic loop and hook on the rear of the hood compression drawcord allow the hood to be rolled down when not in use in windy conditions. Two soft brushed microfleece-lined hand-warmer pockets with YKK reverse coil zips positioned well clear of a backpack or climbing harness belt. A chest pocket offers great convenient storage space for a GPS or mobile phone whilst you're out on the move. A full-length two-way YKK reverse coil front zip for ease of use with a backpack or climbing harness. An internal storm flap behind the centre front zip together with a press stud to secure the hem and prevent weather entry, whilst a rollover chin guard lined with a brushed microfleece is comfortable next to the mouth and chin. A tall collar offers maximum storm protection to the face ensuring the harsh weather conditions don't put you off your activity. Adjustable cuffs with stretch gusset and hook and loop closure offer a close fit around gloves or hands, whilst an adjustable hem with cinchable drawcord prevents spindrift entry and heat loss. A rear external Montane hang loop and your own waterproof storage Montane dry bag.
