Without compromising any heat retaining properties, the Mountain Hardwear Ghost Shadow Women's Jacket is made from post-industrial recycled fabrics, providing you with a supremely comfortable jacket that is also sustainable.
Constructed using 100% post-industrial recycled 10D x 10D face fabric and lining, this makes the jacket a greener and sustainable alternative. The material will provide you with extremely effective heat retention. A combination of semi-recycled Primaloft Silver Ultra insulation is paired up with a liner which is mapped in key areas to provide you with exceptionally comfortable warmth. Despite the exceptional heat retention, the jacket will also allow a constant flow of air in and out, which will provide you with exceptional breathability. The flow of air in and out of the jacket is controlled to keep you feeling at a comfortable temperature over a long period of time. The lightweight construction will mean that you will be able to wear the jacket for effective warmth whilst still remaining active as it isn't restrictive in any way. This also makes the jacket ideal for layering, as it won't add too much to your weight. The inside of the jacket has flat-lying seams, which will reduce the risk of irritation being caused by rubbing and chafing. A full zip up the front of the jacket is easily adjusted to allow more air in and out. The zip will also seal out the wind, keeping you in a controlled environment within. A zipped pocket will allow you to store small items securely and comfortably, as it will compress the items down within. The jacket can be folded and compressed into the pocket for easy carrying when you don't need it. A baffle-free waist below the hand pockets achieves a comfortable and personalised fit, keeping you feeling comfortable no matter what. A single toggle hem for easy adjustment will further allow you to personalise the fit. Recycled trims including zippers, cords and toggles make sure that many different parts of the jacket are made from sustainable and recycled materials.
