Mesh Upper
The 590v4 is constructed with a mesh upper which ensures airflow throughout the shoe for a comfortable and dry foot environment. Synthetic overlays are placed on top of the mesh which offers durability against the tough terrains, whilst offering a supportive fit. For additional security, the shoe features a traditional lace-up closure, meanwhile, the padded heel and collar provide step-in comfort, reducing the risk of irritation and discomfort. Finishing off the upper is the heel strap which offers assistance when putting on and taking the shoe off, whilst also doubling up as a perfect way of hanging the shoes to a backpack when not in use.
REVlite Midsole
Lined with NB's ultra-soft comfort insert, it adds a layer of soft support whilst FuelCore uses a combination of foam densities to keep you going step after step. One maintains underfoot cushioning, while the second adds quickness to your step. The main component to the midsole REVlite which is an innovative foam which provides the same responsiveness and durability of New Balance foams 30% heavier. REVlite offers a lightweight ride without minimising construction or sacrificing underfoot cushioning or stability.
AT Tread Outsole
Get to grips with the trail in the 590v4 as the outsole is designed with AT Tread. This dual-use outsole tread combines both trail and running lug designs for on and off-road running. The lugs grip into the terrain to ensure maximum traction, keeping you feeling stable and confident at all times.
