New Balance FuelCell Impulse Women's Running Shoes

Powered by nitrogen-injected forefoot technology, New Balance's new FuelCell Impulse running shoes are designed and engineered to provide athletes with a fast ride. This shoe helps to bring a powerful and responsive feeling to runs in the forefoot, aligning outsole traction with predominant flex direction at toe-off, and fast REVlite midsole technology for all-around performance.

Jacquard Knit Upper

The uppers of the FuelCell Impulse are constructed of a jacquard knit that encases each foot in breathable comfort. The knit allows air to fully permeate the entire construction, providing a constant supply of fresh, cool air while simultaneously forcing out hot, muggy air. Furthermore, the knit allows the toes to spread and move without compromising on structural integrity meaning you can stay more comfortable throughout those longer runs. In Addition, the upper features a bootie construction that offers a custom-like fit and delivers a light, comfortable and breathable performance.

FuelCell Midsole

The FuelCell midsole compound is a nitrogen-infused foam that drives you off the cushioning platform quickly and delivers long-lasting performance. This combined with New Balance's innovative REVlite compound provides premium responsiveness and durability. REVlite is 30% lighter than standard midsole foams, allowing you to smash PB's. The midsole absorbs the shock and negative impact forces as you heel strike and then uses that energy to catapult you off into your next step, allowing you to be fast than ever before.

Blown Rubber Outsole

The outsole consists of two rubber compounds, a carbon rubber that is placed in high wear areas to promote longevity and durability and a blown rubber that enhances grip and traction in a variety of conditions. Flex grooves throughout the outsole allow the shoe to flex where your foot naturally flexes, creating a more efficient and comfortable running stride.
